3. UJIMA (Collective Work and Responsibility) [oo-JEE-mah]
To Build and maintain our community together and make our sister's and brother's problems our problems and to solve them together.
Like many African Americans who have attended good schools Obama could have deserted his community and made a fortune with the Bush type anti-humanist forty thieves. He, like the Cultural Traitors Mr. Thomas, Juan Williams and Herman, I ain't no African American, Cain could have chosen to work against his community.
In 2012 the American people chose a community organizer over a vulture capitalist. We are in a new era.
What did Obama do? He went into the Chicago African American community and became a community organizer. He did not go into the Irish community or the Chinese community he returned to his community in the spirit of UJIMAA. He married a like minded young lady from his community and they are bringing up two children in the best tradition of UJIMA.

He found that he could not get enough done fast enough for his community given the conditions in America. So he found a way to plot a path to helping the whole American community activate UJIMA.
What a person says is one thing, what a person does is another. If we contrast Mr. Obama's behavior with say, the Republican Herman, I ain't no African American, Cain, the comparison is edifying. Mr. Cain also had the benefit of a good education but deserted his community and ran Bush and the forty thieves types. He peddle unhealthy food in the community for mediPlex and then went on to be the lobbyist who's greatest claim to fame was promoting cigarette smoking. Mr. Koch Cain "a Koch brother from another mother" stumbled into run for a Republican job for which he was not Able. He publicly disgraced himself his family and his former community.
No self-respecting AA would touch Mr. Cain with a ten foot pole and would know him to have demonstrated the opposite of UJIMA. So a critical cultural look at public AA figures can help us paint a practical picture of what a Culturally Healthy AA looks like verses one suffering from dis-ease of Cultural Poisoning.

A strong grounding in culture and community can produce remarkable results. Health Care Reform is Law. The African American Farmers and Native Americans will finally be getting their 3.5 billion court settlement do to morally high ground taken by the President and his Dems. He and the Dems, with our help, have stopped the Republican extremists in congress who have tried to bankrupt the nation by preventing middle class job creation. American jobs are up unemployment is down (which also benefits the AA community). Ran his 2012 successful Presidential Champlain based on gaining our support for his Rich pay their fair share plan. He Stands against the Republican attack on the Cyberspace community's free speech. Prevented the Republican attempted government shut down at least twice, and he is preventing it again as we speak. Nullified Republican attacks on American community benefits like Social Security and Medicare. His/our justice department's top cop is stopping Republican voter suppression crimes, second only to treason, that has as its target AA's, Latino Americans the poor and the elderly.

These responsible collective results that I have asked you to keep in mind as we meditate on UJIMA, the majority of Americans kept in mind as they went to the polls to reelect our successful collective work and responsibility President. UJIMA is not just and African thing as we the American people demonstrated by defeating the Republican Vulture capitalist candidate Mitt, corporations are people, Romney. the low moral decision by SCOTUS to fill Robme's pockets with corporate money did not help him. The treasonous suppression of citizen's votes did not help him. Even the morally debouched use of Cultural Terrorist code did not help candidate Romney.

If you extend the President's Job's growth chart in this article to December you get some 39 months of job going in the right direction and UJIMA becomes visible. Yes, UJIMA is and important powerful principle that can make the impossible possible for any people or nation responsible enough to use it.
So when I look at his life and his time as President as of this African year 12,012 AST (African Standard Time) (C.E. 2012), I conclude that Obama continues to live the principle of UJIMA.
