Here is my view on what will happen. The now disgraced and criminal Republican activist Thomas Court (SCOTUS), that declared corporations to be people, will try, with this planed premeditated interference in the 2012 Election, to get Mitt, corporation's are people, Romney elected by declaring the Affordable Care Act's, everybody in provision is blocked.
Republicans are on the record as being against all Americans paying their fair share in taxes. So it stands to reason that they are against everyone paying their fair share in Affordable Health Care costs. The Republican Plan is - if you get sick, die quick, our we will bankrupt you like we did the country and steal everything you have worked you whole life to accumulate, so we can die richer.
This Republican BACKWARD interference will make ACA the number one campaign issue. They believe this, along with criminal Republican voter suppression will win the 2012 election for them because they believe the masses are a$$es. WRONG!
IMHO, the reality is that the great FORWARD majority of American voters hired the smart guy ninja professor and his Dems to stop the Republican recession/depression, which he did, pass affordable health care (the impossible) which, he did and get the bad guy/preventing another major attack on the United States which, he has!
Note that these three accomplishments for the American people by our President and his Dems are three things the just say NO Republicans failed to do.
So what will happen? while the Republicans look BACKWARD wining and crying about affordable care for all American's, as a citizen's right, the voters will provide this FORWARD looking President a second term and a Dem Congress to complete the good work they hired him to accomplish for them. The President and his dems will then pass ACA 2.0 in the first three months of his second term.
ACA 2.0 = ACA 1.0 + single payer (medicare for all).
Result: all Americans, like veterans, those over 65 and Native Americans will have access to basic affordable care when they get seriously sick. We will have moved FORWARD joining the majority of industrialized nations who provide their nationals with this citizens benefit.
