Hetep and Respect, I use ON - Gold Standard Natural 100% Whey Protein. I also use non GMO Soy protein and Non Soy Vegetable protein at bed time to maximiz repair time.

On non-natural (does that mean it is unnatural) protein I do not use because I noticed that it had red die #40 and artificial flavors. any company that claims to make a "health" supplement with dyes and artificial flavors should imminently be suspect as a possible health criminal.

I have been telling my daughter not to use protein drinks. Just last week she brought me her Muscle Milk and said she no longer liked it. Now I see it in Consumer reports filled with poison. I am glad the ancestors were communicating with my daughter.

Now I am thinking of switching to Whey from grass open range cows only, and not the grain fed ones,USDA Oganic. What do you think?

H&R Jbdaad, only God knows. if money is your God, remember Avatar, a MediPlex chemist might do anything at the direction of anti-humanist criminal Bush type corporation management.

And Shop wrong (rite) will put the poison right up on their shelve to kill their good customers, that they love so much.
